BenQ has entered the camcorder market by announcing the M1 for the Taiwanese market. This HD camcorder is equipped with a 10-megapixel 1/2.3″ CMOS sensor, 5x optical zoom, 10x digital zoom, a 3-inch swivel display, a microSD/SDHC card slot (up to 32GB), a 1450mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, a USB interface, an HDMI port, an audio/video output (NTSC/PAL) and able to capture both 1920 x 1080p HD video at 30fps as well as 1600 x 1200p to 3264 x 1840p digital still images.
