Sanyo will launched the Xacti VPC-E7 digital camera which features a 7MP resolution, 3x optical zoom and 2.5 Inch LCD screen. This new digicam also sports the innovative touch sensor which makes shooting more fun. This ultra slim camera has dimensions of 91 mm x 55 mm x 21 mm. The E7 supports a decent 2.5 inch LCD and the onboard touch sensor is able to activate auto focus and also provides a shutter lag of only 0.05 seconds and the camera is able to capture sequence shots at 2.3 fps. The Sanyo Xacti VPC-E7 can record a video at 30fps in the VGA mode or 15fps in the WEB mode. The digicam is powered by a Lithium Ion battery which provides approximately 260 images on a single charge. The E7 will be available by September this year for around €279.

The LifeCam VX-3000 is Microsoft’s newest webcam which has a noise-canceling microphone. It captures video at 640×480 pixels and takes photos at a 1.3MP resolution which includes face tracking software. The software controls the camera’s pan, tilt and zoon functions, and adjusts for low lighting conditions. Microsoft is also launch VX-6000 which features a wide angle lens and a 3x digital zoom. The VX-6000 takes photos at 5MP and shoots video at 1280×1024. The Microsoft LifeCam VX-3000 is optimized for Windows Live Messenger. Three key features give you a superior Windows Live Experience. First button is the Windows Live Call Button which makes it easy to start a video call. The second is the LifeCam Dashboard button which allows you to access video effects and control your webcam from the Windows Live Messenger window. And the last one is One-Touch Blogging button. A single click of this button allows you to upload to Windows Live Spaces. The recommended price for Lifecam VX-3000 is $49.99 while VX-6000 is $99.99.

This USB Web Cam with Telescope from Brando has a 7x zoom and 18mm in diameter. Using USB 1.1 and USB 2.0 interface, the webcam produces a maximum resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. The telescope’s dimensions are 69 mm x 28 mm x 33 mm while the web cam measures 80 mm x 32 mm x 33 mm.

For only $299.95 Fuji’s FinePix F20 is a bang for its buck type of camera. Fuji’s F20 is a 6.3-megapixel camera with 3.0x optical zoom, a 1/1.7-inch Super CCD HR, 15 scene modes, and a large 2.5-inch LCD display.

This £109.95 Digital Camera Binoculars has a 42 mm quality objective, a 2MP camera with TFT display, SD card slot, 8x magnifier and the viewing area is 112 meters x 912 meters. Moreover, the light sensitivity is 27.6 and the focus is 5 meters. It connects to your PC via a USB. The 8x magnifier will bring the object into perfect vision and then you just press the button and you will have a digital picture.

Samsung’s 7.2-megapixle NV7 features a 7x optical zoom with Optical Picture Stabilization and Advanced Shake Reduction. Also, the NV7 has a variety of shooting modes and can record videos in MPEG-4 format. The release date is reported to be this September and price will be around $550.

The Kodak V610 is the 6MP CCD camera which has a large 2.8 inch LCD display. The camera features Bluetooth wireless technology which allows users to transfer images from camera to computer or printer. In addition, EasyShare V610 measures only 0.9 inches thick.

Ricoh announces the new Caplio RR660 digital camera which features a 6.16MP image resolution and a spacious 2.4 inch LCD monitor. The Caplio RR660 is using rechargeable AA batteries and weighing in at a super-light 130gr.

Sony has launched the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-S500 digital camera. Actually, it is Sony’s cheapest 6.0 megapixel digital camera that provides a high quality 3X Optical/2X Digital Zoom, 6.0 Megapixel Super HAD™ CCD, 25 Megabyte of Internal Memory, a built-in slot for optional Memory Stick Duo™ media, and large 2.4 inch LCD Screen. The DSC-S500 is also able to capture 320 x 240 AVI audio/video clips at high frame rate with length limited only by the capacity of your media.

Casio Computer Co., Ltd., has released the Exilim Card EX-S600D. It is an ultra-slim, card-sized, and high-resolution digital camera which features a 3x Optical Zoom, 2.2 inch LCD, and anti-shake technology. The camera shoots 6.0 megapixel photos and takes high-quality movies in MPEG-4 format. This camera also allows users to take a high-quality movies in DivX format. An Anti Shake DSP feature reduces photo and movie blur due to shaky hands or moving subjects.

Eastman Kodak Company has released a new 7.1-megapixel digital camera, the Kodak Easyshare P712. It features a 7.1 megapixels (CCD sensor) with 12x optical zoom lens, a 2.5 inch LCD screen with optical image stabilisation, a 3072 x 2304 pixels maximum resoluton, a high-rez electronic viewfinder, 30 frames-per-second VGA video with sound, and basic on-camera video editing.

The Kodak EasyShare P712 measures 108 mm × 84.2 mm × 72 mm and weighs 403 grams (without battery). It will be available worldwide in July 2006 for US$499.

The 7.2-megapixel Casio Exilim EX-270 features a sleek design and a 3x opitical zoom with a 2.5-inch LCD ideal for view past shots. The EX-270 drops next month and will cost $425.
